Refund policy
Returns
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the refund is still not posted, contact us at support@creaturecups.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@creaturecups.com.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
