I had ordered several cups in this style for various family members for Yule. The person fulfilling my order didn't pay attention to the quantities of some of the zodiac signs (some family members share the same sign), so a couple people received theirs late. When I contacted the seller, they immediately sent the missed items, and a discount on my next purchase. I ordered my own zodiac cup about a month later without any problems. Stuff happens, shipping orders during the holidays is crazy, so I don't hold any ill will. I will very likely order from them again.
