Got one for Christmas a few years back, Still have it, Still use it for my drinks, It has never chipped and is easy to clean for having a little statue inside, Would Recommend

This mug came chipped. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. I wouldn’t recommend this.
