Creature Cups will only accept returns or exchanges submitted within 30 days after delivery. If you submit your request after 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Creature Cups accepts responsibility for any cups you receive that are damaged, defective, or not the same as ordered. In these situations, we will offer you a full refund or exchange for any equally-priced cup. If you wish to request a return or exchange for the above reasons, you must provide photographs of the damaged/defective/incorrect cup. In instances where the cup is clearly damaged or defective, we will most likely ask you to discard the cup.


To be eligible for a refund or exchange for any reason other than the three listed above, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns.

In order to complete your return or exchange, we require verification of your order number for proof of purchase. 
To begin the returns/exchanges process:


  1. Please email us at with “Return/Exchange - [insert your order number]" in the subject line.
  2. Please let us know whether you are returning or exchanging your item(s) and why. If you are returning/exchanging damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach pictures clearly showing the problem.
  3. If you are exchanging, please let us know which item(s) you want to exchange it for.
  4. When you have received confirmation, pack up your item(s) and send them to:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your return is approved.
  2. If you are approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you are due a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. If you requested an exchange, you will receive tracking information for the new shipment once it ships.
We will pay/refund any shipping costs that we ask you to incur in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If you are returning/exchanging an item that is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for the costs of shipping to our office and back to you. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, your cost of shipping to our office will NOT be deducted from your refund.If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
